Vikki Young

Vikki Young is a skilled professional in the coatings industry, currently serving as the Global R&D Group Leader at Sherwin-Williams since February 2021, with a focus on high-performance floor coatings and cross-functional collaboration. Prior experience includes roles at Tennant Company from November 2011 to July 2023, where Vikki served as Research and Development Manager, Principal R&D Chemist, and Coatings Product Development Chemist, specializing in formulating advanced industrial coatings for concrete and possessing extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainable initiatives.
