Rose Mueller

Rose Mueller, CAPM, currently serves as the Learning & Development Program Manager at Shift4, where leadership in training programs facilitates the onboarding of new employees during mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Rose held several roles within Shift4, including Learning & Development Program Supervisor and Corporate Instructor, driving integration of acquired companies' training solutions and enhancing customer-facing teams' skills. Experience prior to Shift4 includes roles as Process Improvement Specialist and Training and Development Specialist at The Suddath Companies, where over 200 learning resources were created, and analyses of operational performance were conducted. Rose also contributed to Crowley Maritime and Landstar with pricing and efficiency roles. A former Landing Support Specialist in the United States Marine Corps, Rose holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation & Logistics from the University of North Florida and an Associate of Arts from Florida Community College of Jacksonville.
