Role overview
The mission of our BizOps & Analytics team is to build the foundations and infrastructure to continue scaling our business to $100M revenue and beyond. We work with all teams across Shiftsmart to lead end-to-end projects, deliver objective analysis and insights, incubate new roles, and execute strategic initiatives.
In this role you might design new business processes for scale, optimize our growth marketing investments, help build and launch new functions, or unlock new revenue opportunities. Whatever it is, you will work on what will move the needle most for Shiftsmart.
