Hao Ren is a seasoned professional in the manufacturing and engineering sectors with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the General Manager for Shiloh Industries in China since May 2015, Hao Ren oversees manufacturing operations and supporting functions at the Dura and Shiloh plants while focusing on business growth in China. Previous roles include Director of the BlankLight Business Unit in China, Purchasing Director for Asia, and Regional Capex Manager for East Asia at Federal-Mogul.
