Carol Cervantes

Carol Cervantes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in merchandising and planning. Since October 2015, Carol has served as the Senior Director of Merchandising and Planning at Shinola, where responsibilities include leading the Planning and Allocation team, managing Open to Buy, and aligning strategies with Executive Leadership. Prior to Shinola, Carol held the position of Planning and Replenishment Manager at Na Hoku Jewelers from September 2006 to October 2015, focusing on strategic sales analysis and enhancing inventory management processes. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Merchandising/Retailing Management from Michigan State University.
