Geoffrey Smalling is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in engineering, product management, and leadership roles across various companies. At Flexport, Geoffrey held multiple titles including Vice President Of Engineering and Chief of Staff to the CTO, driving the mission to improve the user experience in global trade through innovative logistics technology. Prior to Flexport, Geoffrey served as Vice President of Loyalty Technology Products at Merkle, recognized as a leader in customer loyalty solutions. As CTO of 500friends, Geoffrey managed the product and delivery roadmap, scaling the platform for high-demand environments and establishing a robust agile culture. Earlier in Geoffrey's career, as CTO of Wine.com, responsibilities included overseeing technology strategy and building a world-class user experience across multiple platforms. Geoffrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
