Anju Soni has a solid work experience history, primarily in the education sector. Anju started their career at Apeejay School in 2000 as a Senior Educator specializing in English and worked there until 2014. In 2014, they joined Shiv Nadar School as a Senior Educator and gradually progressed through various roles including Programme Leader, Deputy Head of Senior Years, Vice Principal, and their current position as the Principal, starting in March 2022.
Anju Soni attended Annamalai University from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) with a focus on English and History. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1989, they pursued a Master's degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from Panjab University, Chandigarh.

Shiv Nadar School is an initiative of the Shiv Nadar Foundation in urban K12 private education to deliver educational excellence, by establishing student-centred schools across India. Our pedagogy provides children with a platform to excel and become leaders, armed with multidisciplinary learnings and agility. The 6 Cs of modern education form an intrinsic part of our curriculum. We began operations in the academic year 2012-13, with Shiv Nadar School Noida and Shiv Nadar School Gurgaon. Our third campus at Faridabad started functioning in 2015. We are focused on continuing our journey of academic excellence with new campuses. Presently we are affiliated with the CBSE board (Nursery to Grade XII), IGCSE board (Grades IX and X), and IBDP (Grades XI and XII). Along with scholastic merit, a strong emphasis on co-scholastic learnings in sports and arts ensure holistic development of our students. Our faculty are empowered with robust Continuous Professional Development and are certified to impart international education.
