Justin Graeve

Justin Graeve currently serves as the MEP BIM Manager at Shive-Hattery, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this, Justin was with HDR from January 2016 to May 2023, where roles included Digital Design Content Lead and Mechanical Engineer in Training. Earlier experience includes a Heating Operations Internship at Lennox International in 2014, an Engineering Internship with the City of Ames from May to December 2013, and a Fiber Optics Technician position at Farmer's Mutual Cooperative Telephone Company from 2008 to 2012. Justin completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Iowa State University between 2011 and 2015.
