Linzi Elder-Gibbins

Linzi Elder-Gibbins is an experienced professional in internal communications and marketing, currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications at Shoosmiths since August 2019. Prior to this role, Linzi held positions as Internal Communications Lead at Capita and Head of Internal Communications (Lines of Service) at PwC. Linzi's career in communications also includes significant roles at Arup as Marketing, Communications and BD Manager, and as Marketing Communications Manager at haysmacintyre and Edwin Coe LLP. Initial experience includes a position as Marketing Communications Adviser at Hogan Lovells. Linzi holds a BA (Hons) in Communication Studies from the University of Sunderland, a CIM CAM Diploma in Marketing and Communications from the London School of Marketing, and is a Certified Member of the Institute of Internal Communication (CIIC).
