Lucy Green

Lucy Green is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and change management. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications at the University of Southampton since February 2009, Lucy focuses on developing strategies that enhance information sharing and dialogue within the institution. Prior to this role, Lucy worked as a Transition Consultant at Chrysallis, contributing to internal communications for a major SAP implementation at the South African Broadcasting Corporation between February 2006 and December 2008. Earlier experience includes serving as Curriculum Publications Coordinator at AFDA, South Africa's leading film school, from February 2004 to January 2006. Lucy holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication from Bournemouth University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Leeds.
