Renaud Hager

Renaud Hager is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in infrastructure and DevOps roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering Infrastructure at Shopware since July 2024, Renaud manages three teams of engineers focused on building scalable and secure systems while fostering professional development. Prior experience includes a tenure as Principal SRE at EF Education First, where Renaud developed a multi-region cloud platform for delivering online courses, and roles at Argos and THE NET-A-PORTER GROUP as a Senior DevOps Engineer, optimizing infrastructure to support development workflows. Renaud's career also includes positions as an Infrastructure Engineer at Medallia, System/Storage Architect at Canal+, and Systems Engineer at SERES, among others, where Renaud specialized in high availability and virtualization solutions. Renaud holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from University Louis Pasteur and is actively pursuing further education at London KUBE CAMP and ABS Systemes.
