Adam Ainley has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Adam began their career in 1984 as an auditor at BDO LLP before moving on to Virgin Records in 1990 as a Business Support Manager. In 1996, they joined Universal Music Group as the Director of Planning/Financial Reporting. After two years, they transitioned to Getty Images as the CFO of the film division. In 2003, Adam joined Shout! Factory as the VP of Finance and later became the SVP Finance in 2015.
Adam Ainley received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Manchester, where they studied Economics and Econometrics. Adam completed their education from 1980 to 1983.
