Paul Worndl, P.Eng, currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Shred-Tech since April 2025. Prior to this role, Paul was the Director of Engineering for Global Flame at Glen Dimplex Americas from September 2019 to April 2025, leading a global engineering team in electric fireplace development and managing multiple new product projects while focusing on compliance and innovation. Paul's experience includes positions as Engineering Manager and Product Development Engineer, emphasizing product design, validation, and cross-functional collaboration at Glen Dimplex Americas, as well as serving as Research and Development Manager and Product Development Engineer at Bend All Automotive ULC. Earlier career experience includes work as an Engineering E.I.T. at Hematite Manufacturing. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering from Western University, a Global Leadership Programme from Trinity College Dublin, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Guelph.
