Adrienne Logan

Adrienne Logan serves as the Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Shutterfly since June 2024, overseeing the worldwide legal function for the leading e-commerce retailer in personalized products. Prior to this role, Logan was the Vice President and Global General Counsel for Vans, where responsibilities included providing strategic legal guidance across multiple regions and business units. Logan has held significant positions in various companies, including Managing Director & General Counsel at Pacific Partners, Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Kenneth Cole Productions, and Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Godiva Chocolatier. A seasoned legal professional, Logan began a career in law with roles at Merrill Lynch, Avon Products, and as a Senior Judicial Law Clerk. Education includes an MBA from Northwestern University, a JD from Tulane University, and a BA from Northwestern University, in addition to coursework in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design.
