Júlia Ramalho

Júlia Ramalho is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, training, and psychology. As the co-founder and CEO of Estacao do Saber VidArte since 2004, Júlia has focused on soft skills, leadership, and organizational culture, notably speaking at the CICI Conference in 2011. Júlia has also served as a Design Thinking facilitator for customer experience innovation at Faculdade Unimed since 2022 and has held various coaching roles, including as an Executive Coach for Sicoob and a Business Coach at Ford Brasil. Additionally, Júlia co-founded DdF, a data science company, and established the International Coaching Federation Minas chapter. With a strong academic background, including a Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Business Administration, Júlia has also imparted knowledge as a professor at various institutions.
