Silvia di Nunzio

Silvia Di Nunzio is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the HR Director and Global Supply Chain Business Partner at Sidel since March 2024. Prior to this role, Silvia held positions including Head of People at RS Italia, where leadership of the People function was essential during the company's rebranding strategy. Silvia's experience also includes serving as Regional HR Business Partner for South Europe at Leica Geosystems, HR Business Partner at Spirax Sarco, and HR Manager roles at both Alcoa Fastening Systems & Rings and Alcoa. Beginning a career as an HR Specialist at Eurecna, Silvia has developed a strong foundation in human resources supported by a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Università di Padova and a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Language and Literature from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia.
