Raluca Ivan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in data governance and management. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Lead Data Steward at Siemens Energy, Raluca is responsible for establishing a Data Steward network within the Finance function and ensuring the maintenance of critical finance data under Data Governance policies. Previous roles include Senior Data Governance Consultant at Deloitte, where Raluca developed data governance standards and control structures, and Data Management Project Manager at BAT, managing program deliverables and facilitating workshops to enhance data standards. Raluca's career also includes significant experience in various data stewardship and analysis roles, demonstrating a strong background in finance and banking, supported by a Master's degree in Capital Markets from Academia de Studii Economice din București and a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Banks from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
