Niklas Remer

Niklas Remer is an experienced leader in digital transformation and engineering, currently serving as Head of Digital Tool Landscape at Siemens Healthineers since November 2020. In this role, Niklas manages organizational change and oversees the deployment of PLM tools and model-based processes for a large workforce. Prior to this position, Niklas has held various roles at Siemens, including Senior Consultant for Digital Enterprise and Consultant and Industrialization Manager, where industry 4.0 consulting and manufacturing optimization were key focuses. Niklas' earlier experience at Airbus Helicopters involved project leadership in the industrialization of new helicopter fuselage assembly and R&D in composite materials. Niklas holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Engineering, specializing in Materials Science from the University of Bayreuth.
