Elly Benson

Elly Benson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in environmental and civil litigation. Currently serving as a Senior Attorney at the Sierra Club since September 2012, Elly has a solid foundation in litigation from prior roles, including Associate at Bingham McCutchen, where representation involved complex civil cases. An earlier internship at the California Office of the Attorney General provided valuable experience in environmental law, while time at the Sierra Club Environmental Law Program as a Legal Assistant honed skills in litigation support. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and a Bachelor's Degree from Stanford University.
