Julie joined SIG in October 2021 and has over 20 years’ experience both in and outside of HR, working in a variety of industries, such as telecommunications, aviation, aerospace defence, financial services, and travel and leisure. Her most recent role was Chief People Officer for Calisen Group Holdings, in the energy sector, where she was responsible for co-ordinating the People and Sustainability agenda for the Group. Previous roles include Group HR Director at Thomas Cook and Customer Services Director at Manchester Airports Group where she was responsible for customer service and land side operations.
