Rasak Adekoya is an experienced professional in economic empowerment and inclusion, currently serving as a Global Technical Advisor for Economic Empowerment at Sightsavers since April 2019. Adekoya has a strong background in program design and evaluation, exemplified by a role as Program Officer for the FCDO Inclusion Works program in Nigeria, and has been an Executive Board Member of the Nigeria Business Disability Network since November 2020, providing strategic advisory on diversity and inclusion strategies. Adekoya is also a Co-Founder of the Centre for Inclusive Development, offering leadership to achieve the organization’s goals, and has worked in various communications and strategic positions, including at Search for Common Ground and Chemonics International. Adekoya holds multiple degrees and certifications, including an Executive MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from the University of Ibadan.
