Steve Panzica started their work experience in 1986 as a Manager at Kinko's Copies, where they were responsible for hiring, training, and managing employees, as well as overseeing financial reporting and inventory control. Steve then worked at MacSource from 1997 to 2001 as the Director of Technical Services, where they handled all aspects of technical services, including hiring and training personnel, server administration, network management, and providing on-site support to clients. From 2001 to 2006, Steve founded Zinc LLC and served as the President/Consultant, building a customer base and providing consulting services on Apple products and network administration. At Two West from 2006 to 2017, they were the VP of Information Technologies, managing system administration, server administration, and integration with other technologies. In 2017, Steve worked briefly as an IT Manager at Sullivan Higdon & Sink, followed by taking on the roles of Director of IT and IT Manager at Signal Theory Inc., where they are currently employed.
