Matt Shady

Matt Shady currently serves as the Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Signet Jewelers, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Matt Shady was the Assistant General Counsel at Forest City Realty Trust from 2011 until January 2020. Matt Shady earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Additionally, an undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Anthropology, was obtained from Wake Forest University.
