Giovana Perez Ayala

Giovana Perez Ayala has a strong background in operations management and quality control. Giovana held various significant roles at Signify, starting as a Global Outsourcing Operations Director in 2013 before becoming the Head of Operations for Business Agriculture in 2019 and then the Head of Operations for Business Systems and Services & Business Agriculture in 2021. In these positions, they displayed strategic vision and implemented operations strategies to improve profitability and product quality. Prior to Signify, Ayala worked at Philips Lighting as the Business Supplier Quality Manager and the BU Hospitality Quality Manager. Giovana also had a role at Philips TV & Sound as the Business Unit Quality Manager for Europe. Their career began at LG Electronics, where they served as a Project Leader and Black Belt.

Giovana Perez Ayala completed an Executive Master of Operations and Supply Chain Excellence from TIAS School for Business and Society in 2013-2015. Before that, they obtained a Master of Science in Advanced Industrial & Mechanical Design from Delft University of Technology in the year 2000.
