Harsh Chitale

Harsh Chitale is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across renowned companies. Currently, Harsh serves as a Member of the Board of Management and CEO of the Professional Business at Signify, overseeing a global professional lighting business with annual sales of approximately Euro 4 billion. Prior to Signify, Harsh was the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Philips Lighting India Ltd., driving significant growth in the region. Experience also includes serving as a Non-Executive Director at HCL Healthcare and as Managing Director and CEO of HCL Infosystems Ltd. Harsh's earlier career includes key positions at Honeywell, leading the Honeywell Process Solutions business in the Americas, as well as roles in Tata Honeywell and Tata Administrative Services. Harsh holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
