Tony Li

Tony Li currently serves as the VP and Head of R&D Management at Signify, a position held since July 2018, overseeing a global R&D organization focused on innovation strategy, portfolio planning, and key growth initiatives. Prior to this role, Tony Li worked at Philips Lighting for 15 years, advancing through various positions including R&D Director for TLED / Connected Professional and R&D Group Manager for multiple segments, where responsibilities included LED Tube innovation and development of smart lighting solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Design Leader at Beijing Xingguo Torch Technology, focusing on power converter development for locomotive and metro systems. Tony Li holds a Master’s degree in Power Electronics and a Bachelor's degree in Industry Automation, both from Beijing Jiaotong University.
