Aileen Glennon began their career in 1997 as a Call-Centre Supervisor at Harte-Hanks, Inc. Aileen worked in this role until 2006. After that, they joined IFG Group as a Team Leader Legal and stayed with the company until 2010. In 2010, they joined Signium as a Support Services Coordinator. Aileen later became the Head of Operations in 2015 and continues to hold this position.
Aileen Glennon pursued their education at Loreto Secondary School in Kilkenny from 1986 to 1992, where they earned their Leaving Certificate. Aileen then attended the Waterford Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1996, majoring in Business Studies with a focus on Marketing and Languages.
