Perttu Murto has a diverse work experience in various roles related to design and product development. Perttu currently holds the position of Lead Product Designer at Siili Solutions since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Product Designer and Competence Lead at Siili Solutions from January 2023 to September 2023.
Before joining Siili Solutions, Perttu worked at OP Financial Group as a Lead Designer, UX, and Chapter Lead from May 2020 to January 2022. Perttu was responsible for designing and building new services in the field of financial wellbeing and personal finance management. Perttu also served as a Senior Designer, UX at OP Financial Group from August 2017 to May 2020, continuing their work as a consultant and designing services for over a million personal customers.
Perttu also has experience working as a Senior Designer at Bitfactor Oy from August 2017 to November 2018. Additionally, they worked at Polar Electro Oy as a Lead UX Designer from December 2016 to August 2017, where they built digital products for sports professionals and supported UX designers and dev teams.
Earlier in their career, Perttu held roles such as Digital Art Director at Luova Työmaa from September 2011 to August 2016, Digital Designer at Luova Työmaa from 2007 to September 2011, and Senior Artist at Depthcore from 2005 to January 2014.
Furthermore, Perttu pursued freelance work under their own company, Perttu Murto Freelance, from January 2005 to December 2015. Perttu worked with clients such as Armada Skis, KABA international, Unicef, The Circus, and Dolce & Gabbana, mainly focusing on art directing, digital illustration, and UX/UI design for web and mobile.

Perttu Murto completed their education in two institutions. From 2007 to 2010, they attended Oulu University of Applied Sciences, where they studied Business and Information Management, specializing in Digital Media. Subsequently, from 2011 to 2013, they enrolled at Markkinointi-instituutti, focusing on Brand Communication.
