Andrew Paulsen is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in both leadership and operational roles. Currently serving as Director of Global Supply Management at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc. since 2019, Andrew oversees the capital equipment supply chain for the development of a pioneering factory for next-generation battery materials. Prior to this, Andrew held various positions at SpaceX from 2013 to 2019, culminating in the role of Manager of Strategic Sourcing for Propulsion Systems, responsible for the supply strategy of propulsion systems for the Falcon 9, Falcon Heavy, and Starship rockets. Andrew's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and an ongoing Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, expected to be completed in May 2024.
