Ahmed M. Hussein

Ahmed M. Hussein, MBA, has extensive experience in IT operations and infrastructure, currently serving as the IT Operations and Infrastructure Lead at Silal since January 2021. Previously, Ahmed worked at Hamad International Airport from March 2014 to July 2020, where roles included TS Controller and Incident & Problem Manager, contributing to ISO 20000 Certification and improving service desk incident resolution rates. Earlier positions included TS Lead Engineer at Hamad International Airport, IT Onsite Engineer at Abu Dhabi Airports, Network Supervisor at Quattro Training Center, and IT Technical Support at Andalusia Group for Medical Services. Ahmed holds an MBA in Global Management from ESLSCA University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Delta Academy for Science and Technology.
