Jen Randolph has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jen began their career at Deloitte Consulting as a College Recruiter from October 2002 to August 2005. Jen then joined NVR, Inc. as a Senior University Recruiter from August 2005 to July 2007, followed by a role at BI as a National Sales Recruiter from July 2007 to 2008. Jen then returned to NVR, Inc. as a Campus Recruiting Supervisor from May 2010 to February 2011. Jen then joined PwC as a Tax HR Manager from February 2011 to November 2014. Jen subsequently worked at the Wounded Warrior Project as a Warriors to Work Specialist from November 2014 to May 2015. Jen then joined Bridgestone Americas and held various roles, including HR Business Partner and HR Manager, from June 2015 to September 2022. Most recently, they have been working at Silicon Ranch Corporation, first as the Vice President of Human Resources from September 2022 to June 2023, and currently as the Senior Vice President of HR.
Jen Randolph attended Chaska High School from 1992 to 1996. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication at Bethel University from 1996 to 2000.
