J. Patrick Barley is a prominent executive in the oil and gas industry with extensive experience in founding and leading midstream companies. As the Founder and CEO of Silver Creek Midstream since September 2017, J. Patrick Barley has overseen the development of one of Wyoming's largest crude oil pipeline networks, operating over 1,000 miles of pipelines. Prior to this, J. Patrick Barley founded JP Energy in August 2010, serving as Chairman and CEO, and successfully developed various midstream asset segments including NGL distribution and crude oil gathering. From November 2004 to June 2008, J. Patrick Barley was also the Founder and CEO of Lone Star Gathering, LP, which expanded a natural gas gathering system in the Barnett Shale. J. Patrick Barley's academic background includes an MBA in Finance from the SMU Cox School of Business and degrees in Business Administration and Science from The University of Texas at Austin and Texas Tech University, respectively.

About Us: Headquartered in Irving, Texas, Silver Creek Midstream is a private midstream company focused on providing crude oil gathering, transportation, and storage services in Wyoming. The Company’s existing crude assets serve the Powder River, Big Horn, and Wind River Basins. Silver Creek Midstream is one of the largest pipeline operators for the gathering and transportation of crude oil in the state of Wyoming. Today, we operate over 1,000-miles of crude oil gathering and transportation pipelines across 11 counties. In addition to Silver Creek’s expansive pipeline systems, the Company also operates multiple truck injection stations, a unit and manifest capable rail facility in Converse County, and over 3 million barrels of crude storage.
