Julie Rutiz

Julie Rutiz joined Silver Lake in 2021 as Senior Counsel. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Julie was a Senior Corporate Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, where she specialized in leveraged buyouts, venture capital investments, and other private equity investments. Julie received her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
