Lynna Smith is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and leasing. Currently serving as Vice President at Hartman Income REIT since April 2014, Lynna has successfully led the leasing team to achieve a projected $25 million in leases, significantly exceeding budget expectations. Prior roles include Senior Property Manager at Stream Realty Partners, where Lynna onboarded a new portfolio, and Senior Property Manager at NAI Global and The Garrett Group, where management of a 1.2 million square-foot portfolio was a key responsibility.
