Michael Racusin

Michael Racusin is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Disrupt Equity since January 2024 and as Advisory Director, SVP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc. since May 2021. Prior roles include serving on the Board of Advisors and as Chief Information Officer, General Counsel, and Co-Founder of EnergyFunders from June 2013 to July 2021, and as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Luby's Inc. from July 2006 to May 2021, where management of the Legal and Risk Management Departments was a key responsibility. Michael Racusin earned a BA in Sociology, Business, and Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center.
