Vitaliy Khutko

Vitaliy Khutko is an accomplished project manager and president with extensive experience in construction and design management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at SilverLining, Inc. since February 2023, Vitaliy oversees projects from inception to completion. As President of VK Design & Construction Management, Corp since July 2021, Vitaliy leads various services in construction and renovation projects, including concept design development, architectural drawings, and construction monitoring. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at KGBL, Dahill-Bunce RE, and multiple construction project management positions where Vitaliy managed cost projections, accounting, scheduling, procurement, and staff management. Vitaliy holds a degree in Construction Management from City Tech, CUNY, and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
