Annie Chan

Annie Chan is an experienced financial professional with a robust background in accounting and finance. Currently serving as Controller at Silverstein Properties since April 2021, Annie has previously held the same title at CBRE from June 2017 to April 2021. Prior to that, experience includes a role as Associate at BlackRock from June 2014 to June 2017, and a Senior Accountant position at Sentinel Real Estate from March 2011 to June 2014. Annie began the career as a Senior Accountant at Jonathan Rose Companies in early 2009. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from Brooklyn College and a Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from John Jay College (CUNY).
