Handrix Mabaya

Handrix Mabaya has a diverse work experience starting as an Audit intern at DELOITTE & TOUCHE LLP in 2005. Handrix then worked as Audit Staff and later as an Audit Senior at ERNST & YOUNG LLP. Moving to BlackRock, they served as an Associate in Portfolio Accounting before becoming a Vice President. At CBRE, they held roles as a Fund Controller and a Senior Fund Controller. Handrix then became the Chief Financial Officer at Churchill Real Estate before transitioning to Silverstein Properties, first as a Controller and currently as the Vice President.

Handrix Mabaya completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Ithaca College from 2002 to 2006. Handrix then pursued a Masters of Science in Accounting at the University of Virginia from 2006 to 2007.
