Lucia Alarcon has a diverse background in project management and digital delivery. Lucia has experience working in various roles, including Delivery Practice Director and Senior Delivery Lead at Silverstripe, International Digital Programme Manager and International Digital Project Manager at Education New Zealand, and Digital Project Manager at NV Interactive. Lucia has also worked as a Project Manager & Office Manager at Conrad Caine, a Digital Project Manager at Young & Rubicam, and a Senior Digital Account Executive-Project Manager at Grey Group/451. Lucia began their career as a Digital Account Executive Project Manager at Webar Interactive and worked as a PA/Account Assistant Executive at Del Sur - Comunicación Integral. Throughout their career, Lucia has demonstrated a strong focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional client outcomes.
Lucia Alarcon has a diverse education history. In 2003 to 2006, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from Jobs in Argentina. In 2007, they attended the Argentine School of Business for a specialization seminar in Integral Marketing. In 2010 to 2012, they pursued a specialization in Communication Design from the University of Buenos Aires. Lucia also completed a short course in Web Analytics from "Capacitarte" - University of Buenos Aires in 2011. From 2013 to 2015, Lucia attended the "Del Sur" School of Social Psychology and earned a degree in Social Psychology. In 2016, they took part in several short courses and workshops in Agile Project Management from Boost Agile Wellington New Zealand & Others. Additionally, in the same year, they earned an ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) from Nomad8. Lucia also holds certifications such as Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. and ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) from ICAgile. Lucia has obtained a Life Coach certification from Coach Masters Academy as well.
