Shibashish began their career in 2003 as a Design Engineer II at Texas Instruments. In 2007, they moved to AMD as a Senior Design Engineer. In 2010, they joined Qualcomm as a Staff Engineer and was promoted to Senior Staff Engineer and Lead Engineer. In 2016, they moved to Intel Corporation as a Technical Lead and Manager and later as a SoC Lead Design Engineer. In 2022, Shibashish joined SiMa.ai as Director - DFT & Physical Design.
Shibashish's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from South Gujarat University, obtained between 1998 and 2002, as well as a PGDiploma in VLSI Design from Semiconductor Complex Limited, obtained in 2002. Additionally, Shibashish has obtained four certifications in 2020: Applied Machine Learning: Algorithms and Applied Machine Learning: Foundations from LinkedIn, and Crash Course on Python and Machine Learning Foundations: A Case Study Approach from Coursera.
