Bob Partrite has had a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Bob began their career in 1995 at Simco Restaurants, where they held the position of VP of Operations until 2011. In 2012, they joined the same company as the Chief Operating Officer. In 2022, Bob became a Board Member at the Golden Gate Restaurant Association.
From 1991 to 1993, Bob Partrite attended the California Culinary Academy, where they earned an AOS degree in Culinary Arts with a focus on Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.

For over 40 years, Simco Restaurants has been a part of San Francisco. The Simmons family created and developed PIER 39, and continues to own and operate the most unique dining destinations on Fisherman's Wharf including the award-winning Pier Market Restaurant, Fog Harbor Fish House, Wipeout Bar & Grill, Eagle Cafe, Crab House and Biscoff Coffee Corner.
