Heather Peck

Ms. Peck serves as Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Peck is responsible for driving the corporate culture across the Group through clear linkage between business strategy and effective human resource strategies, talent management, leadership development, and organizational design. Ms. Peck has over 20 years of human resources management experience, including working with a global health services organization and national investment and insurance company. Ms. Peck earned a M.A. in Organizational Psychology from the Teachers College, Columbia University, and a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany.
