Tereza Mlynářová has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2008 at ÚTIA AV ČR, v.v.i. where they worked as a Scientist specializing in mathematical modeling until 2013. Tereza then joined Inoxive in 2011 as an Analyst until 2014. In 2015, Tereza started working at Accurity as the Head of Product Development, and later that year, they also joined Simplity with the same role. At Simplity, they also worked as the Lead Analyst of Data Governance Products from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Tereza is the Head of Product Development at Simplity since October 2019.
Tereza Mlynářová earned a Ph.D. in Inženýrská informatika v dopravě a spojích from Czech Technical University in Prague, completing their studies from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Ing. degree in Inženýrská informatika v dopravě a spojích from the same university, studying from 2008 to 2013. Tereza also holds several additional certifications, including UX design in web and applications from Dobrý web (obtained in November 2016), Google Analytics for advanced from Dobrý web (obtained in January 2016), and Modeling of SW applications using analysis patterns and Objective Oriented Analysis, both from Počítačová škola Gopas (obtained in December 2015 and November 2015, respectively). Tereza has also passed the English State Exam in September 2009 and the German State Exam in April 2008.
