Aleasha Eberly

Aleasha Eberly serves as the Senior Director of Total Rewards at J.R. Simplot Company, leading the creation and execution of a comprehensive global Total Rewards strategy that encompasses all aspects of company benefits, compensation, and payroll. With extensive experience at J.R. Simplot Company, Aleasha has held various positions, including Global Benefits Program Manager, Compensation and Benefits Specialist, Benefits Manager, and HR Manager, where responsibilities ranged from managing health and welfare programs to providing expertise in compensation policies and employee relations. Prior to joining J.R. Simplot Company, Aleasha worked as an Associate Relations Manager at Albertsons, supporting retail stores across the western United States. Aleasha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Training and Development from Boise State University.
