Jocelyne Wright-McLemore is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in compensation management and total rewards. Currently serving as Director of Total Rewards at Zapier since June 2020, and as a Customer Advisory Board Member at Pave since February 2023, Jocelyne has held key roles at notable organizations including Teradata, Sony Electronics, and LPL Financial, with responsibilities spanning from global compensation strategy to broad-based compensation administration. Jocelyne’s expertise includes leading compensation teams, consulting with HR partners across various sectors, administering equity programs, and implementing HRIS compensation designs. Educated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University and a Human Resources Certificate from UC San Diego, Jocelyne has a strong foundation in HR practices and project management.
