Victor Chin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Victor most recently worked at Simply Energy as a Customer Operations Lead, where they handled customer transfers, connections, and service orders. Prior to that, they held the position of Commercial Operations Manager at Jemena, where they led a team and focused on customer loyalty, decision-making, and conflict management. Victor also has experience as a Customer Service & Administration Manager at Shell and as a Customer Service Operations Supervisor & Internal Compliance Officer at Black & Decker. Victor started their career at UCMS as a Team Leader and has previous roles as a Product Manager at Hilti Malaysia and as a Marketing Manager at Thermadyne Asia.
Victor Chin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Information Technology from the University of Ballarat. Victor also has a Diploma in Management from the Australian Institute of Management. Additionally, they have a Certificate 3 in Telecommunications Call Centre from UCMS and a Certificate 4 in Customer Contact & Frontline Management, also from UCMS.
