Valen Wang

Valen Wang has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Director at 新浪 since June 2012, where responsibilities include supporting over 600 employees and providing solutions to HR issues for line managers. Prior to this role, Valen worked as HR Senior Manager at 新奥集团 from August 2010 to May 2011, successfully leading a recruiting team to meet aggressive hiring targets, managing high-level end-to-end recruitment processes, and overseeing recruitment budget and strategy. Valen holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Renmin University of China (2004-2006) and a Bachelor's degree in Television Literature from Communication University of China (1998-2002).
