Kate Pinkston, RDN, LDN, currently serves as a Clinical Dietitian - ll at both Sodexo and Sinai Chicago since November 2023, in addition to operating Kate Pinkston Nutrition since May 2022. With extensive experience, Kate previously held the role of Culinary Nutrition Coordinator at the Chicago Botanic Garden from May 2022 to December 2023 and gained valuable skills as a Customer Experience Representative/Lead at Arrive from January 2019 to May 2022, focusing on conflict resolution and customer empowerment. Kate's foundational experience includes multiple dietetic internships and independent contracting roles from February to November 2021. Educationally, Kate earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois Chicago in December 2021 and attended Moraine Valley Community College and Tricoci University of Beauty Culture prior to that. Membership with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics has been maintained since January 2019.
