Seva Gustin Ms

Seva Gustin MS, MBA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and communication. Currently serving as Vice Chair and Director of Communications at the Azerbaijan Center since January 2013, Seva has successfully developed and implemented annual communications plans, leading to a significant increase in audience engagement. In parallel, Seva has worked as a Human Resources Manager at SINOPEC since November 2017, where an employee lifecycle strategy was restructured, achieving a remarkable 95% boost in employer engagement.
