Sean Beaty

Sean Beaty is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and design across multiple high-profile developments. At Sir Robert McAlpine since December 2010, Sean has served as Preconstruction Manager on significant projects such as the Battersea Power Station Phase 3, overseeing the construction of over 800 residential units, a hotel, and various commercial spaces. Prior roles include Senior Design Manager for the Lillie Square project, which encompassed five luxury apartment blocks, and Design Manager on substantial projects like the £150 million ExCel Phase 2 expansion and the £105 million fit-out of Barclays Headquarters.
